Hello everyone!

I am beyond excited to share with you, that the lovely @KatieLewLa who runs an absolutely amazing lifestyle & beauty blog. Has chosen me to review nearly a 3 months supply of LQ Liquid health supplements!

(Advanced Skincare) I've been looking these up, and wow does each bottle pack a punch! : )

And to be able to get all the benefits from each of these, without having to swallow a heap loads of tablets, because let's face it. Who likes that? No one that's who! : )

To be honest, I could really do with this at the moment, as my skin hasn't been in the best shape at all lately!

So I have decided that in order to give you a proper review of these supplements, I am going to post my before and after a months use, in natural daylight. No makeup, so be warned everyone! But I do want to give these a honest and detailed review as possible, because the ingredients seem absolutely incredible!

Hello, my name is Abby.

I currently reside in the UK, I am currently on my own weight loss/health mission. I am 5'6 and after going from 14st 7lb to 10st 13lb, I am still continuing my weight loss venture!

I have a few conditions which are currently being looked into an autoimmune condition, which is quite similar to multiple sclerosis. Ovarian cysts, and I am currently being tested for inflammatory bowel disease. I also have suffered from depression/anxiety over the past few years.

Hence the reason for me loving health foods in general, although I have extremely bad days, I am trying to combat the problems I have with a healthy lifestyle, superfoods and diet.

I have struggled with my weight for many years, from one fad diet after another and have even attempted to starve myself!

I am gluten, dairy and soy intolerant! So the recipes you will find on my page and most of my product reviews, will all be mostly free from.

I decided to start this blog, because about two years ago I became a representative for a successful weight loss company in the UK, selling natural supplements. I had to give that up unfortunately with my condition. Though I loved helping people on a daily basis, with both their health and weight loss! It honestly made me extremely happy.

I am in no way a nutritionist/ or anything of the sort, I am just a woman who is trying to live a happier/healthier lifestyle and if I can help people along the way, so be it!
